What LOAD reads, and what it doesn't

A Pay button only shows when the school really sent it.

Every term, parents get fake "pay now" emails dressed up as the school. LOAD checks who actually sent a message before it acts on it. If a sender can't be verified as your school, LOAD won't ask you to pay, and it won't add a date to your list.

Every sender is checked.

LOAD confirms a message is genuinely from your school before it shows a payment or a deadline. A spoofed address doesn't get through.

A scam can't move you.

A separate key for each child

Each child's data is locked with its own key. Delete, and the key is shredded, so the data can never be read again, by us or anyone.

We keep as little as possible

We only hold what's useful, and only for as long as it's useful. Raw emails sit on a short rolling window, then age out, and you can delete anytime.

The AI never learns from your mail

The model that reads your school messages runs under strict zero-retention, no-training terms. Your family's data is used to help you, and then it's gone, never used to train anything.
